There are three steps to using their product: 1) setup, which is about modeling the storage workload in a faithful way in their tool, 2) testing, which consists of aiming the traffic from one of their appliances to whatever it is that needs testing, and 3) analysis, looking at the different configurations that were tested and learn how it behaves.
